The Hex Lab 3/32" Titanium Cogs are CNC-machined from bulletproof titanium. They are designed to fit Shimano™ compatible cassette hubs and have a 5mm wide inner base, giving a more solid interface with the cassette body.

Key differences: The Hex Lab 3/32" CNC Titanium Cogs are engineered and crafted for durability without compromising weight. They offer the strength and wear resistance of steel and are lighter than aluminum. As a result, they yield better shock absorption than the Box One Aluminum or Box One Chromoly Cogs. They are available in an oil slick or natural finish.

    Lightweight part

I'm using these cogs with an 11 speed chain. The teeth fit properly. They are installed on an Onyx hub. To get zero radial runout I had to make three 0.014" thick stainless steel shims and install them between the cog and driver. This resulted in less than 0.001" of radial runout at the cog teeth. The chain tension now stays absolutely constant throughout the pedaling stroke.

    Light and Strong!

The Hex Lab Ti cogs are so light, yet still incredibly strong! FXR is switching to these cogs with all our new wheel builds. I literally smiled when I first held one in my hand... money well spent!! AZ

It's titanium, it has to be good

Light, strong and expensive. Fun little gem to splurge on . She has jewelry, you've got a titanium cog. Go forward with no guilt, you earned it.
