Returns & Shipping Policy
If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help. Eligible products can be returned within 30 days of the original purchase date, subject to the terms below.

Final Sale Policy (Program Discount Accounts)
Purchases made through year-round discounted accounts provided under BOX programs, including, but not limited to, the EP (Industry Program) and Team Sponsor Program, are final sales. To maintain the long-term sustainability of these programs, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds for items purchased with program pricing.
Final sale does not affect warranty coverage for manufacturing defects. If your product has a manufacturing defect, please fill out your warranty claim.
Exceptions (BOX Shipping/Handling Errors)
If an issue is caused by BOX (for example, a wrong item shipped, a missing item, or shipping damage due to packing/handling or carrier transit), BOX will work with you to make it right.
Reporting window (required): Claims for missing items or shipping damage must be reported within 72 hours of delivery, and photos of the product and packaging may be required.

Exchanges/Returns/Refunds (Important)
To keep orders moving quickly and help you secure the correct item while it’s in stock, BOX does not process traditional exchanges.
If you need a different size, color, or item, the fastest option is to:

Purchase the correct item from the website, then

Request a return (if eligible) for the unwanted item so we can issue a refund.
Please note we do not refund shipping charges. All products must be returned with original packaging, in unused condition, and must be resellable.
To request a return:
Step 1) Sign in to your BOX account
Step 2) Go to your Order History
Step 3) Select the order you want to generate a return for
Step 4) Select the return button to request an RMA/refund
Note: Program discount accounts remain final sale and are not eligible for returns/exchanges/refunds, except for BOX shipping/handling errors as stated above or warranty.
Returns (RMA Requirements)
● Returns must be requested within 30 days of the original purchase date.
● Once an RMA is issued, please return your item within 30 days. Items received after 30 days of the RMA issuance will not be accepted and will be returned to you.
● Returns must be in new, unused condition, include the original product packaging, and be resellable.
● Damaged packaging or installed/used products may be subject to a 20% restocking fee.
● Do not use the product’s packaging as the shipping box.
Closeout/Sale Items
Closeout items are final sale and are not eligible for return, exchange, or refund.
Shipping Charges (Returns/Exchanges)
Shipping charges incurred in connection with the return are non-refundable. You are responsible for:
● All shipping costs (both to and from BOX), and
● The risk of loss or damage to the product during shipping.
We suggest you ensure the returned package(s) are shipped through the carrier. We cannot process refunds on items damaged during return shipping or special-order/custom items; those items will be returned to you.
Refunds
Refunds are applied back to the credit card used for the original purchase or issued as store credit. You will receive an email confirmation when your refund has been processed.
Please do not return any items COD (cash on delivery); these will not be accepted.
Damaged Items
If you have received a damaged product in your order, please notify us within 72 hours of delivery for assistance. Photos of the product and packaging may be required.
Shipping Address Accuracy
Please make sure your shipping address is correct before placing an order. Customers will bear all costs due to incorrect addresses.
We do not ship to areas of Africa except Egypt and South Africa.
We do not accept PO Box, BFPO addresses (UK), or APO/FPO addresses.
Cancellation
Please inform us as soon as possible if you want to cancel your order. If the order is already shipped, please sign for the parcel and refer to our return policy. We will not take any responsibility if customers refuse to sign for the parcel.
Unsuccessful Delivery
Notes concerning packages being returned to us due to unsuccessful delivery caused by the following reasons:
● Incorrect address
● The shipping company couldn’t get in touch with the recipient, or the recipient was not at the delivery address
● Awaiting collection as requested by the recipient, but the recipient didn’t show up
● Customs (or BOX) contacted the recipient, and the recipient refused to sign for the parcel without contacting us first
If a package is returned for the reasons above, the customer is responsible for:
● A shipping fee (10% of the parcel’s value, $40 maximum) if they prefer a refund, or
● An additional $15 if they prefer a redelivery.
Express Shipping
Express shipping options are available for an extra $15.95. We will refund the $15.95 express shipping fee if express shipping is not available to your country. Due to uncontrollable factors (taxes, traffic, and carrier limitations), we do not arrange express shipping to some countries (e.g., Croatia, Brazil) under normal circumstances. The $15.95 express shipping fee is not refundable if the customer requests a return.

Shipping Processing Note (2-Day / Overnight)
Orders and shipments are processed during normal business hours Monday–Thursday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM PST. Orders placed on weekends or after hours will be processed the next business day. Order cutoff time is 12:00 PM PST; orders placed after this time may add a processing day.

Free Domestic Shipping
We offer FREE FedEx Ground Shipping within the contiguous USA on orders over $99. This offer is valid for consumers only. Free shipping excludes dealers, distributors, affiliates (Teams), or industry members with discounted pricing.
Customs / Duties / VAT
All countries may be subject to import charges (duties, customs tariffs and VAT) set by the destination country. According to new regulations, the courier may collect VAT from you before delivery in certain countries, including those within the European Union.
