Returns & Shipping Policy

If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help. Our products can be returned within 30 days of the original purchase of the product.

Exchanges

Due to high demand, the quickest way to exchange your online order is to purchase the product from the website then request a return on the unwanted item. Please note we do not refund shipping charges. All products must be returned with original packaging in unused condition. 

To request a return, sign into your account and go to your order history to request a refund.

Note: Please return your item within 30 days of receiving an RMA, items received after 30 days will not be accepted and will be returned to you. Returns and exchanges must be in new, unused condition and include the original product packaging and be resellable (damaged product packaging and installed product will be subject to a 20% restocking fee). Do not use the product's packaging as the shipping box. If you wish to make an exchange as you have purchased the wrong size, color or item, please follow the steps above to receive an RMA number. Shipping charges will apply for the shipment of the replacement item. Sale are closeout items are final sale and are not eligible for a refund/exchange.

Shipping Charges:

Shipping charges incurred in connection with the return/exchange of a product are non-refundable. You are responsible for paying the costs of shipping and for the risk of loss of or damage to the product during shipping, both to and from Box Components. We suggest that you insure the returned package/s through the carrier. We cannot process refunds on damaged items or custom-made items; damaged items will be returned to you.

Refunds:

Refunds are applied back to the credit card used for the original purchase or store credit. You will receive an email confirmation when your refund has been processed. Do not return any items COD, these will not be accepted.

Damaged Items:

If you have received a damaged product in your order, please notify us immediately for assistance.

Shipping Address:

  • Please make sure your shipping address is correct before you place an order. Customer will bear all costs due to incorrect addresses.
  • We do not ship to Africa areas except Egypt and South Africa.
  • We do not accept PO Box address, BFPO address (UK) or APO/FPO address.


Unsuccessful Delivery:

Cancellation

Please inform us as soon as possible if you want to cancel your order. If the order is already shipped, please sign the parcel and refer to our return policy. We won't take any responsibility if customers refuse to sign the parcel.

Unsuccessful Delivery

Notes concerning packages being returned to us (due to unsuccessful delivery caused by the following reasons:

  • Incorrect address.
  • Shipping company couldn't get in touch with the recipient, or the recipient was not at the delivery address.
  • Awaiting collection as requested by recipient, but the recipient didn't show up.
  • The customs (or we) contacted the recipient, the recipient refused to sign the parcel directly without contacting us first.

Customer is responsible for the shipping fee (10% of the parcel's value, $40 the maximum) if they prefer a refund, or they need to pay $15 extra if they prefer a redelivery.

Express Shipping:

Express Shipping options are available to you for an extra $15.95. We will refund the $15.95 express shipping fee if express shipping is not available to your country. Due to uncontrollable factors (taxes, traffic), we do not arrange express shipping to some countries (e.g. Croatia, Brazil) under normal cases. $15.95 express shipping fee is not available for refund if customer requests a return or exchange. For express shipping, orders will be processed in 1-5 business days and 3-7 working days for the delivery under average circumstances. Please contact us when the whole delivery time reaches 20 days (your parcel might be lost), we will issue a full refund to your payment account for your lost parcel. For standard shipping, orders will be processed in 1-5 business days and 7-15 working days for the delivery under average circumstances. Please contact us when the whole delivery time reaches 45 days, we will issue a full refund to your payment account for your lost parcel.

Note: Please note that regarding Express Shipping including 2-Day or Overnight options, shipments are completed during normal business hours on Monday - Thursday from 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM PST. Orders made on weekends or after hours will be processed the next business day. Order cutoff time on a given day is 12 pm PST. All orders made after this time will add an additional day.

Free Domestic Shipping:

We offer FREE FedEx Home Delivery Shipping within the USA over $99. This offer is valid to consumers only. Free Shipping excludes dealers, distributors, affiliates, or industry members with discounted pricing.

Customs:

All countries may be subject to import charges (Duties, Customs tariffs and VAT) which are set by the destination country. According to new regulations the courier will collect the VAT from you before delivery in certain countries including those within the European Union.
