What is Box Rewards?
Box Rewards is our loyalty program that allows eligible customers to earn points and redeem discount rewards with Box.
How do I join Box Rewards?
Create a Box customer account or log into your existing account. Your points and available rewards are connected to that account.
How do I earn Box Rewards points?
Points can be earned through eligible Box purchases and qualifying rewards program activity.
Where can I see my points?
Log into your Box account and open the Rewards section to see your current point balance and available rewards.
Using Your Points
How much are my Box Rewards points worth?
Every 100 points equals $1 in reward value.

How do I redeem my Box Rewards points?
Log into your Box account and open the Rewards section. Choose from the discount rewards available based on your current point balance, then redeem the reward you want to use.
Can I spend my Box Rewards points like cash?
No. Points have a reward value, but they are redeemed for available discount rewards rather than being used as unrestricted cash or store credit.
Why can't I redeem any amount of points I want?
Box Rewards points are redeemed for set discount rewards rather than a custom dollar amount. Current options include $5, $10, $25, $50, $100, $200, $300, $400, and $500 discounts.
Why do I need to spend a certain amount to use a reward?
Some rewards may require a qualifying purchase amount. Having enough points for a reward does not necessarily mean that reward can be applied to an order of any value.
Any applicable purchase requirement will be shown with the reward when you redeem your points.
Factory Up & Box Rewards
How do Factory Up rewards work?
Factory Up uses Box Rewards points instead of the previous discount-code system. Eligible Factory Up rewards are added as points to the Box account associated with the rider's membership.
Those points are then redeemed through the same Box Rewards system.
How do Factory Up riders earn points?
Factory Up riders can earn points through qualifying program activity under the current Factory Up program, including eligible racing and participation activity.
Are Factory Up points cash?
No. Factory Up points have a reward value, but they are redeemed for available Box Rewards discounts rather than functioning as cash or unrestricted store credit.
How does the Factory Up jersey reimbursement work?
Accepted Factory Up riders purchase their required jersey upfront. The qualifying jersey reimbursement is then provided in Box Rewards points according to the Factory Up program.
Do Factory Up points expire?
Factory Up points do not expire.

First, make sure you are logged into the Box account associated with your eligible purchase or Factory Up membership.
If something still looks incorrect, contact Box Support and include your account email, order number if applicable, and a brief description of the issue.
